Our focus is to help Orphans and other disadvantaged children in often forgotten rural areas in Kenya. Our initial focus has been children that reside in the Nakuru – Subukia region in the Rift valley where our founder’s mother was born and raised. This region was heavily affected and still recuperating from the post-election violence of the 2007 Kenya general elections. We would also like to help orphans and other disadvantaged children in a small village called Ngemwa in Kiambu District in Central Kenya where John Cris’s Father was born and raised. Another region that requires much of our focus is Githurai-Kimbo also in Central Kenya, a place that experiences its many shares of homeless children, and where our founder lived during his formative years.
We envision communities where people will share resources in the hopes of reducing poverty and increasing self-sustenance and where the education and literacy of children is priority.
